How can we help?

Every app published on the App Store under the seller name "CoreLayer Solutions LLC". Our first apps are in development and will be listed on the home page once they ship. Each app's App Store page links back here.

All purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too. Open reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, find the purchase, and choose "Request a refund". Apple usually answers within a couple of days. We cannot issue refunds ourselves, but write to us if you get stuck.

On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Mac, open the App Store, click your name, then Account Settings, and scroll to Manage Subscriptions. Cancelling keeps the subscription active until the end of the paid period.

Yes. We run TestFlight betas for our apps. Email support@corelayerapps.com with the subject "TestFlight" and we will send you an invite when the next build is ready.

As little as possible. Our apps keep data on your device wherever they can, and deleting the app deletes that data. Anything we hold on our side, for example an email thread, can be deleted on request. The details are in our Privacy Policy.

Email us with the app name, your device and OS version, what you expected, and what happened instead. Screenshots or a screen recording make fixes much faster. We reply to every report.
